In an industry where speed and automation get most of the attention, Absolute Solutions has taken a different route- one built on persistence, accountability, and experience earned the hard way.
Owner Joshua Niles has spent 21 years in repossession, and his philosophy is straightforward: technology should support the work, not replace it. Absolute Solutions still relies on boots-on-the-ground recovery, door knocks, and traditional skip tracing to close files that others walk away from.
That approach is proven in western Arkansas, where the company operates out of Springdale and Fort Smith in a non-LPR environment. Producing consistently in those markets has shaped how Absolute approaches every recovery.
As the company expanded into Oklahoma, Insight LPR became a strategic advantage rather
than a crutch. Over the last 18 months, Absolute Solutions has used Insight LPR across Tulsa and Oklahoma City to shorten timelines, increase recovery rates, and focus field efforts more precisely.
For Niles, control over data has been the biggest shift. Insight’s platform allows his team to act quickly on real-time information while keeping decision-making in the hands of experienced operators.
Equally important is how Absolute Solutions conducts business. Transparency with lenders is non-negotiable. If keys are recovered, they’re reported- no approvals requested, no games played. The company prioritizes honesty over yield, believing long term trust matters more than short term gains.
When evaluating new tools, Niles looks for measurable field impact, ease of use, and long-term value. Insight LPR met those standards, with one feature standing above the rest: missed opportunity.
“It shows you what you didn’t see,” Niles said. “And that changes everything.” Absolute Solutions success isn’t defined by technology alone. It’s the result of experience,
integrity, and a willingness to do the work others won’t, every single time.
